Lost Baggage – Airline Fee Charges
Almost every flight of any airline there are equal chances of mishandled baggage by handling staff. Following are key reasons of baggage lost;
- Wrong tag or other baggage tag
- Baggage arrived at other flight (same airline operator) or other operator after sorting at departure airport
- Left behind baggage (due to aircraft pay load issue or others)
- Extra baggage accepted by airline for revenue earning
- Sorting failure at transit hub of operator
- Interline baggage transfer issue from the on-ward carrier operator
- Baggage Sorting Message (BSM) or baggage system message failure either from sending end or receiving end
